Industrimax

Dust Collection

With collectors from 300 to 500,000 CFM, Industrimax has the dust collection system for your application, backed by complimentary sizing and ductwork layout.

Removing dust from your process in the most effective, efficient way possible keeps your facility clean and free of lingering, potentially harmful dust.

Industrimax offers collectors for a single dust-generating system, dedicated units that serve one machine, and central collectors that handle one area or your entire facility. Whatever your process produces, there is a collector configuration to capture it.

Complimentary Sizing and Ductwork Layout

Every Industrimax dust collection project includes complimentary collector sizing and ductwork layout. With decades of combined experience in dust collection, our team will help you match the right collector type and air volume to your process, from a few hundred CFM at a single station to hundreds of thousands of CFM across an entire facility.

The Systems

Collection Booths

Collection booths capture dust from grinding, sanding, and other surface-preparation processes. The operator works in front of a filter wall, with side walls optional, so dust is drawn away as it is generated.

Booths range from a few feet to more than 25 feet deep, and the collection module can be configured from a few hundred to tens of thousands of CFM in hundreds of arrangements.

Dedicated Dust Collectors

Dedicated collectors service one specific dust-generating machine or process, and run only while the equipment they serve is running.

From a small grinding or welding station to a large blast room or wood-sawing operation, these systems can be configured in limitless arrangements to fit your exact needs.

Central Dust Collectors

Central collectors serve a specific area of a facility, or the entire facility, capturing dust from many different processes at once.

Configurable in thousands of arrangements, they handle almost any type of dust and can move hundreds of thousands of CFM. We provide complimentary system sizing and ducting layout.

Downdraft Tables

A downdraft table works as a workbench with a perforated top. Downward airflow pulls dust and fume through the surface and into a filter cartridge, away from the operator and their line of sight.

Common in welding, sanding, and grinding applications, downdraft tables can be fitted with side and back walls, lights, spark arrestors, and many more options.
